Role description:
Providing support with gathering service research information. Developing and implementing appropriate methedology , design questionnaires, surveys, interviews, arranging and attending focus groups. Help Harrow CT gather and analyse information to identify gaps in support for those in need. All data will assist Harrow CT to develop targeted services aimed at reducing social isolation and promoting quality of life.

Skills/qualifications required by volunteer:
Ideally, candidates will have some previous research experience. Could be studying and have a basic understanding of quantative / qualitative methods. Essential abilities; good, clear communication skills both written and verbal, be organised, computer skills will be needed; use of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. The data gathered will be used to help provide community services for people with disabilities, older perople, people who are otherwise marginalised in society because of barriers to services.
